I started my career at Godot Media and worked full-time for 5+ years as part of the Business Team. I got to learn a lot at Godot and built strong customer/project management skills. The top management and team leads are very approachable. The management appreciates and rewards hard working employees. My work was appreciated and I grew very fast within the team. The work is manageable which helps you maintain a great work-life balance.

Cons

The management takes care of anything that's brought to their notice, so nothing worth mentioning here.

1) We are lead by young entrepreneurs. 2) Management is very helpful, in case an employee needs financial assistance, advance salaries have been granted 3) Growth opportunities are abundant. for example my own case, I started with Android development then to IOS development then to python and web development 4) Coworkers are friendly and easily approachable for help

1. If you're a hard working and dedicated person, the top management will make sure you grow at a very fast rate. Bosses will provide you with a lot of opportunities to learn and improve yourself. They will also make sure you get good pay raises :) at every appraisal review. 2. A very friendly working environment. Team members will always be there when you need their help and are very co-operative.

I work in the operations team. The team is of only 3 people which sometimes creates a little bit of work pressure. Especially during the times when we have a lot of projects to manage.

I've been working in Godot for a few years now. The work is stimulating and helps me to learn new skills. It helps that the administrative structure is a flat one so that I can approach my seniors without fear if I need help. My colleagues are wonderful and they are more like friends.

Cons

The director is not always present here which makes the work environment relaxed. But she also doesn't have the best idea about everyone's daily work performance.

Cons

- As it happens in most creative companies and agencies, you sometime find temperamental co-workers, who might be difficult and have their own agendas. Usually usually they don't fit and move on. But every once a while you meet such folks and it's best to use your maturity to deal with them.

Great variety and the willingness of the management to mentor freshers.

It's a stiff work environment. Need to loosen up a bit.
