RecommendsNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Gold Medal Travel
Pros
Allowed to work autonomously and judged fairly on results by a competent line manager (Product Director). Ideas could be implemented quickly.
Cons
Location - company has been around a long time and has churned most of the decent work force in the area. They suffered from a reluctance to promote from within (may have changed since TC taken over).
