I have been working at Goldman Sachs full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The firm has a good work life balance for its employees and a combination of support tasks and new development.

    Cons

The firm does not pay much to technical staff due to its cyclical business and a completely opaque compensation. Some teams have too much work.

    Advice to Management

Increase salary to retain technical talent.
