Pros
Smart and hard working people you work with in general compared to what you will find elsewhere Good starting salary if you are being hired as a lateral hire but after that its mostly downhill
Cons
Salaries can really go down if you do not perform at a top level. Meeting expectations of your job responsibilities means that you are at the very bottom and need to improve a lot as going beyond your basic role is expected. If you work in the controllers group then forget about taking off for any month end dates and quarter end dates which usually takes away July 4th and New Years.
