1) A diverse team to work with and consult to, resulting in great understanding and growth. 2) Follows a flat hierarchy in terms of management. 3) Salaries received in time (First week of the month). 4) Great projects and opportunities for all the employees, provides sponsored training programs on the firm's expense, also in-house training sessions by developers. 5) Has a remote working options. 6) Huge number of prospective clients, gives options to developers.
Cons
1) The number of employees is less than 100, mainly because of COVID-19 and less availability of go devs in the field. 2) Less visible in the market than it's potential.
