Terrible Directors, Horrible working culture
25 Aug 2017 - Analyst - CMFE in PuneRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good quality of reports and that's all I can say
Cons
1) Horrible working culture. Team leads and senior analyst dictate their teams to work more than 11 hours every day 2) No work-life balance 3) One of the so-called "directors" just whiles away time and is mostly found downstairs with his smoke gang. His only objective is to make life miserable for the juniors and not offer a helping hand when required 4) The sales team calls the research team at odd hours (sometimes at 2 am in the night) without proper scheduling 5) The management expects freshers to write reports from day 1. There's absolutely no common sense. Analysts have to write their own reports and also QC their associates' reports. Mind you, the associates do not help analysts in their reports. I don't understand why they are assigned to analysts then. 6) The HR team is very rude. It is obvious that employees will have some doubts. I don't recollect a single incident wherein the HRs politely handled the queries. 7) The incentives are only for Senior Analysts. There's absolutely nothing for Analysts and Associates (who ironically write the entire reports). Barring a couple of Senior Analysts outside the CMFE team I don't think I have heard any of them lending a helping hand to their juniors, forget about working on components of the reports. Funnily, the management does not understand that the Analysts and Senior Associates are responsible for the bulk of the revenue.

Pros
1 star for the Peers (associates and Sr associates) who are very helpful probably because they go through the same. IT staff is really good and they do a commendable job. The housekeeping staff deserves appreciation.
Cons
No work-life balance. Employees working for extended hours get special treatment and promotions. Of course friends of senior management are top of the order. No proper training module. No one-on-one feedback during appraisals. No criteria or declaration about the incentive. The employee is in the dark throughout the year. No freedom of expression. Junior employees work in fear that their incentives will be deducted if they even argue. Soft corner for south people in the CMFE domain. No talking ettiquettes. They think you are their servants. Canteen food is of degraded quality yet too expensive. Considering the salaries and appraisals offered, it should be regulated by the Admin. The street shop just outside the office sells cheap and tasty food. Dont even talk about the HRs. They pretend as if they are the owners and they give the salaries to everyone.

Good for career start
4 Nov 2018 - Research Associate- Healthcare in PuneRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company is really good to start a career into market research. They have plans to expand the business strategically and management is putting their best efforts to make it rewarding for company as well as its resources. However, the employees who started with the company in it's intial phase get all the perks of being early birds right from incentives, favorism and promotions. Managers, and directors work in favour of employees who are good at "Yes Boss" thing. Which results in discouraging hard working but are not early employees. Think 1000 times before taking any senior level responsibility.
Cons
Good for people who are spineless and ready to do anything and everything on management's order. Hiring spouses of early employees and office love stories is a common trend in the company. Which is encouraging "lobbying", personal information digging in the office where higher management people are involved in a relationship. Also, no work life balance. You end up working for 24 hours causing stress and health issues.
