So many to point out. -Just a KPO not a market research company as they present themselves - you will feel yourself as content writer rather than researchers. - only secondary research is done no primary research. - your daily job role is to type tons of content ( qualitative ). After a point of time you will be fed of this job. - offices politics is at the peak right now.

The work culture has evolved significantly and is positive. The higher management considers and focus on retaining good performers. Working hours flexibility and supportive seniors makes it easy to get into the environment. Good company for learning for freshers willing to enter market research industry. Early client interaction helps to enhance overall skill sets.

Cons

Moderate salaries, low increment, majority of the middle management is not skilled enough and are biased towards their associates. Incentives exists only for middle management for the reports prepared by junior associates and analysts. Team leads/Managers take credit for all the work done by a junior associate.

Pros

Very good management. The company is transitioning from being a start up to a bigger more stable firm. Excellent work culture and absolutely flat structure. You have unlimited access to each senior management and you have the power to speak uninhibited.

The transition is a little frustrating for some employees. Senior analysts/team leaders need to participate more. The company is great but sometimes the senior management's implementation are not properly executed.

Cannot think of any work-related cons. No transport facility and absence of a cafeteria are the only possible cons, but they do not have any major impact
