I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You get to work on different types of clients, also if you're willing to enhance your skill sets, you can get the type of work you desire (cross utilization in the same practice, e.g., if i am in the Cyber Risk vertical, its not possible to change to Management Consulting vertical, but within Cyber Risk, i can ask to work on different sort of sub-domains (like Audit Support, GDPR, ISO, ERP, SOC 1/2, VAPT)

    Cons

    - less team size, so huge burden of work, hence, making it difficult to get leaves - takes a lot of time to clear the expenses - less perdiem, as compared to Big4s

    Advice to Management

keep up with the leading practices on Employee Management

I worked at Grant Thornton full-time

    Pros

No pros at all.... worst place to work if you really want to be competitive in the market. Huge work life balance because there is no work to do!

    Cons

Worst culture...only politics... no process in the organisation... too much paper work... people at top have zero leadership skills and talent... completely driven by buttering and favouritism... work place harassment is common... no value of talent and no good work to do... learning and growth is zero...

    Advice to Management

Hire Leaders who can MOTIVATE and LEAD the team .
