work hours are flexible sufficient amount of sick and casual leaves people are understanding and helpful. tech stack needs improvement.

unnecessary tight deadlines on certain projects. project planning is a major concern as projects are never planned properly in a way so that they can run simultaneously. resource allocation is bad for to project (by resources I mean people). Almost every requirement from the client is agreed to even those which are technically not possible which leads to tremendous work pressure at times.
