Pros

There's some good people watching and you learn how not to run a business.

Cons

Every week there's a new direction for the company and it is a complete dictatorship. It's a classic "the emperor has new clothes" story with the CEO doing whatever he feels like doing on any given day. The retention rate for employees is under 50% so there's a chance you'll be let go pretty quickly.

There is honestly no pro to working here. The day I quit ranks in the top 10 days of my life.

Cons

The list is too extensive. Read the other reviews. Never consider working or doing business with this company or the narcissistic criminal at the top. There's a reason Gravity4 hasn't certified this company profile on Glassdoor.
