They are very thorough in their interviewing process, which really shows how much they care about bringing on the right people and maintaining high standards. The job itself is flexible, which is a huge plus. And the pay is amazing if you’re a strong cleaner—you earn a portion of each job, so your effort and quality really pay off.
Cons
Training does take a couple of weeks, as you learn their products and techniques, but it’s well worth it. They set you up for success and make sure you feel confident in your job.
