Pros
Think of wreck of a ship few fellows own and they want to sail across ocean, they don't know why but they want to go across. This is what GreyOrange is.
Cons
Now you boarded this ship as a crew, for sure ship is weak but for sure these fellows who own the ship(call them founders) are glued to ship. If they think they need more crew as sail is not working they will hire you, will send small dinghies to your home to pick you up, welcome aboard! In a strom this wreck of a ship will tumble, and you know somebody told them the easiest way to recover is not to repair the ship but to throw the crew in ocean. It makes ship light enough to survive little more. .

Not a good work culture
2 May 2023 - Senior Engineer in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Initially when i joined company was very good but unfortunately all additional benefits taken away like gym etc.
Cons
Not Work security. 1.No work life balance. Even you are on leave & given your handover, get ready to ruin your trip because of less capable tendencies of managerial part. 2.Lots of politics and if you are favorite you are in the special category(will receive additional benefits ). 3. Due to lack of prior planning, senior managers pushes AM to force engineers to work on weekends and to support even on holidays. 4. No diwali gift or bonus. 5. Less coordination between teams and managers. 6. Seniors are not on their words and anytime change their statements. 7. If you ask manager to work only 9 hours, they will say like you are not in front of system in all 9 hours. 8. If you are in night shift you have to be awake in day shift to attend meetings and work with day shift peoples. 9. Everyone is leaving their operations teams due to bad behaviour of managers and lack of experience in managing teams. 10. Atlast, you will get onsite projects only if you are a YES YES person in front of manager.

No politics workplace driven by results
16 Mar 2023 - People Partner in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Recognition of performance through spotlight awards, stocks, special cash awards. Transparent culture, monthly townhalls which help employees be aware of what's happening. Leadership is transparent and even when there was restructuring, they did an open townhall and shared with all employees. Great exposure for those who want to take charge of their career. Amazing team work where the team comes together to deliver large projects like the recent recognition event. Even at junior levels one can interact with senior levels and there is no heirarchy or bureaucracy. People ops team is highly result focussed. If you do good work, you are sure to get recognized.
Cons
Some underperforming team members get toxic and try to spoil the environment for everyone..glad that some of them have gone, some still remain. Need more tools and automation to get out of manual work.
