Pros
Decent benefits and pretty good culture
Cons
This place is just one disorganized mess. They are trying to grow too fast and have no organized processes to scale the company. Leadership doesn’t even know what basic reporting to provide show the board. The work life balance is terrible and you will get burnt out quickly. Another big problem is everyone says “yes” to everything, which causes another set of problems. Im not sure there is much career opportunity either. Also, they seem to pick and choose who gets equity in the company, which doesn’t seem fair. If I were looking I would wait and see how things play out over the next few years before joining GreyOrange.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for appreciating our benefits and culture. Since you also are troubled by a number of elements and this post indicates you are a current employee in North America, it would be terrific if you could share your specific ideas for improvement with our recently-hired (and highly regarded) PeopleOps leader for North America. As a fast-growing company, we recognize that we're likely to frequently have areas of procedure and process to improve. Employees' perspectives are always helpful in shaping those improvements.
