However, people in HR are of no use. Moreover, they are incapable of keeping employees' secrets confidential and tend to share everything with everyone. Most of the people on or above the manager level are not justifying their salaries and positions.

I do not find anything good in this company. Everyone is frustrated here. I have not found a single employee who is happy there.

-permanent night shift -no cabs -no food( no canteen) -poor management -You will never get to know how salary is calculated there, sometimes you will get less and sometimes more. HR's over there don't know anything. -the head office is in Gujrat, and they enjoy everything (from Gujarati holidays to day-to-day functions) but here you will not receive anything. -we always receive stale food whenever there is a treat. -here Gurgaon team always suffers due to the Ahmedabad team (due to functions over there, we were allowed to come early which hampers all you day-to-day schedule) -no sick leaves -people came after drinking into the office from upper management to agents. -The HR department is totally sick. They do not respond to your emails and phone calls.

Only pro point i can say is that who ever works here for a year, they can actually work anywhere in the world. The only reason is the toxic environment and politics.
