      Pros

      Corporate culture is aggressive, upbeat, challenging, fun. Huge opportunity to make $$$. If you're a producer, it's a great life. Training in the corporate location is outstanding.

      Cons

      Pyramid is very slim. Few opportunities for promotion; you better love sales. The medical program was surprisingly weak for the industry. Training in newer markets is almost entirely by the sales manager. Your success depended on the strength of manager. HEAVY turnover. Culture did not travel well from corporate to field offices. Sales process is antique.
