Please advice. I got an offer for gross pay of 4000 Euros per month in Paris, that's before taxes, and another offer of 16Lpa Fixed pay in India. Which one to go for? Considering I've around 2.7 years of experience.

I lost 99% of opportunities because of NP being 90 days. When I finally got an offer with minimal 12% hike, I resigned. Now, HM is saying, we can release you in 2 weeks since you will be released from project in 1 week. Because the cost will be on us now. Ask your new employer to change your joining date for this month. What a hypocrisy of NP 90 days, if i can be released in 2 weeks, let my NP be 2 weeks only from beginning so that atleast I have better opportunities when i start for switch
