Pros
Better pay, ability to schedule hours if you keep your stats up.
Cons
This is a "contract" job but the hoops you jump through to get a decent rating and the ability to schedule hours you want is insane. 10 minute breaks maximum every two hours but you cannot pause deliveries. Rejecting deliveries impacts your rating unless you call support (sometimes that doesn't even help). Support is off-shore and is mostly unhelpful. They have no ability to fix most things. They just send you a form letter that ends up in the bit bucket when you submit it. It's a great job to work when the market is good and you have no emergencies. There is nothing you can do to save your rating if you get sick or get a flat tire/other mechanical emergency. They will run your car to death because 10plus mile offers are not uncommon. You have to get to the restaurant when they say even if they have made the time to restaurant ridiculously early. It is a constant set of mindgames with these people. The worst thing is that they constantly screw over their customers. They add in orders to take you in an opposite direction, making the customer's order late. If you enjoy delivering and want to have happy customers, this will stress you out.
