Pros
Meal perks are cool. Office is a nice building with snacks/catered lunch. Great benefits.
Cons
If you can become a top-performer you'll probably love this job. However, if you are not hitting 160% MINIMUM of your quota each month you are not considered a top performer and are disposable. Turnover is wild. I have watched countless employees fired for not hitting quota for 1-2 months throughout an entire year, yet they continuously hire new sales reps to replace them. Not sustainable. You are assigned a territory that has been worked by reps CONTINUOUSLY for years. By the time you get to them they have told people at GrubHub "no" for so long, they are immediately hostile and hang up. So many restaurants in your pipeline have already been on GrubHub and have had terrible experiences, you have to fall back on name-dropping partnerships like Amazon to try and win them back, knowing that we are not dominating the market near as well as competitors like DoorDash or UE. You are encouraged to sell unethically. Have been told by management and peers that "you do not need a yes to sign them/they do not need to understand pricing to get a sign". When you get hired you will be told there is a great work-life balance with summer Fridays, but that is only applicable if you are a top-performer. If you are not, you will be encouraged to work well beyond 9-5, including weekends. Expect to be micromanaged (managers reviewing your calls every week or listening to you dial for multiple hours a day). If you do take this job, you better hope you can become a top-performer quickly, or be actively looking elsewhere because your time here will be cut short.

Pros
If you like toxic positivity, this is the place for you!
Cons
Encouraged to lie on sales calls, judged and ridiculed employees for their moral compasses, genuinely everyone I once knew at this position has mentally deteriorated and required immense mental health counseling. This too was ridiculed by seniors. Laughed at sustainability initiatives, laughed at people in need. Terrible company run by terrible, immoral people.
