Nice experience, liked the people there
7 Oct 2015 - Office Assistant in Shenzhen, GuangdongRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Very nice people, valued interns' contribution and were willing to share their experiences with me. Very open-door policies in place, brought me to most of their daily meetings where I learned a lot about the market and different financial products.
Cons
As an office assistant my job is not very challenging. This was because I worked in a banking branch, not the head office in the city. So the job was mostly administrative support, but I did get valuable experiences on using Excel to sort data or clean data, etc. (However you would have to ask for work and also take the initiative to apply the Excel skills you have, they don't provide Excel training)

The interns were not allowed to eat in the company dining room. It was very inconvenient and expensive to eat out at the most expensive area in Shanghai.
