EMPLOYEE FIRST is the Quote that HCL Follow. But its FAKE, FAKE, FAKE...!!! 1. There is a WPC Team but it doest respond and so you have to find your own project. 2. After Joining HCL, you need to give atleast 3 more interviews to get to the project. 2 Internal and 1 Client Round. However, HCL internal team might reject you and so you have 1 rejection. 3. When you are Bench, then your notice period Starts. This is hidden clause from HCL which is told to you once you complete 2.5 Months on Bench. 4. HCL HR are not concerned if you are on Y(Yet to be confirmed). But when you stay on bench they will Call you and tell you to resign and Take it in written that i am resigning due to personal Reasons. 5. No job security, As when the project is completed you will go on bench or they will tell you to resign. 6. They dont see what is your skill, they only wants resource . so you might end up in some other technology or skill.
