    Pros

    - work-life balance
    - good environment
    - hike and bonus are good in some years but recently they are cutting down the cost so for many employees zero hike and zero bonus for 2017.

    Cons

    - Politics, due to annual bonus thing a lot of politics is played.
    - Being a bank a lot of restriction, even new technologies comes late in use.

    Advice to Management

Please check for the old senior manager they are not doing anything but only playing politics, instead of firing new talents fire them.

    Pros

    - You have lot of freedom and perks to begin with
    - There are regular team outings like lunch, dinner etc
