Halosource is headed by a very progressive, sincere and a dynamic leader , Martin Coles ( Ex- President , Starbucks ). He focused on drinking water business in Asia and took company's growth to high double digit from earlier single digit in less than 18 months.

Cons

Technology should be ahead of market needs. The innovation pipeline should be in sync with major clients new product requirements.
