I have been working at Hampton Inn by Hilton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Employee cared about each other, making a guest feel welcome especially when they are here for sad reason such as funeral.

    Cons

Unless you want to be a manager or in sales there is no growth. Some location have a front desk supervisor but the pay isn't much better. Also it's a 24 hours 365 day job if you want to be in management.
