Pros
Work from home is the only plus
Cons
Sub par equipment provided for working from home. Outdated and poorly maintained database to work from. High work load for a very poor wage. Toxic environment to work in. Directors are solely interested in profits and where their next supercar is coming from. They don't care about the staff and have the attitude that staff can just leave if they don't like it. Constant revolving door of new staff as a result. No continuity of care for clients and patients. Managers who don't have a clue what's happening as processes change so frequently. Whingers and brown nosers are rewarded whilst genuine hard workers get overlooked. Advertise roles with a wide range of benefits however, what they don't tell you is the benefits are deducted from your wage. It's not a benefit if you have to pay for it. Avoid working here if you can.
