They majorly goofed up with PF of so many people and now nobody even bothers to respond or have a proper ETA for resolution. Unnecessarily blaming EPFO for mistakes they did a decade ago and continued doing so. Numerous notices from EPFO has been ignored for the last 7-8 years. Employees who quit the organization are treated like dogs or may be worse than that. The HR team thinks elite of themselves and walks around with that superiority complex while they have 0 respect to human relations. Tired and bugged of pleading them to make amends, literally left me in a state of shedding tears of blood because I cant use my own money during an emergency. All their drama about being empathetic towards each other and to their distributors is only on papers. Employees and ex-employees deserve the same level of treatment. I curse you guys to suffer 10X more than what you did to people with their PF.
