    Pros

Park Benefits: Free Entrance to the Park, Free Tickets every couple of months, opportunity to grow in your stands, Employee Discounts

    Cons

You can get moved to other stands in the park without notice. Coworkers can be lazy and immature. Management can be annoying.

I have been working at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free tickets? But trust me, you will get sick of the park after a bit.

    Cons

Do you like being screwed over. Moved around and paid less than everyone? That's the usher job. The 2 main supervisors lie constantly and the job is just awful. Security gets paid more and ushers do some of the same jobs. Ushers and security are 2 quite different job descriptions. Bot to mention the elevators. Sit in a box. If you are a favorite, you are fine. But if not, watch out.

I have been working at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free tickets/Free park admission Discounts If you're under 18, it would be a great place to work.

    Cons

If you're over 18, they will work you up to 16 hours a day and give you one 15 minute break. If you ask for a longer break or a second break, they will treat you like you just asked to take a nap or something. The scheduling office can't do anything right. You have to call scheduling for problems with your shifts and to call off, and they are forever messing everything up. If you are sick, you get points that when they accumulate to so many, you get fired. Say you get the flu and are out for a week. Boom, fired. Employees are immature and unprofessional. They will hire anyone, including immature children who are rude to coworkers and even rude to customers faces! If you didn't start at the park when you were 14 and work your way up, you probably won't ever advance, no matter how much experience you have elsewhere.
