Pros
Colleagues are great, and now remote working too which is convenient
Cons
Dysfunctional and broken. Terrible senior management has caused unhappy staff to leave in droves, now more temps than permanent staff - cost to taxpayer and individuals could have easily been avoided with even mediocre management. Remaining staff are dealing with unreasonable expectations of output plus immediate managers want subordinates to their work for them. Focus now is merely volume of work completed, the quality of service provided is of absolutely no concern.
