I have been working at Hibu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None that i can think of

    Cons

Everything. I don't know where to start from. They pay scale itself is discriminating. 2 people on similar fields but one gets 15k and the other gets 45k

Transport: They think they are the boss. The manner they talk to the employees will make you feel that you are worse than a street dog. Even if they forget to send you cab early in the morning, they will blame it on you and your managers wont do anything about it.

Work culture: The thought of going to work everyday makes me feel weaker every single minute. The managers have sky-high expectations from you and if you fail to fullfill it you are screwed. They want everything because they feel it is normal to work 10 hours straight. Plus they will even count hw many minutes of break you have taken. With includes loo breaks i.e. including food and loo you can take only 45 minutes of break. People across the process are leaving just because they cannot handle the amount of pressure managers are giving. Infact some of the Managers themselve are leaving just because they cannot handle the pressure anymore

Scope of learning: none. Even if you are a scholarly writer, you will loose your creativity. They clients doesn't know what they want, the managers doesn't know what they want the employees are eveb more clueless.

Management: The higher authority is always pressurizing the employees to work till they die. Every day atleast one employee breakdown just because the pressure is intolerable. They management has forgotten that the employees are mere humans and not robot. No one is happy in this process and no one laughs. Even if you laugh with your colleagues, they next moment someone will call you and start feeding you with more pressure.

    Advice to Management

Please stop pressuring the employees so much. Don't be murderers.

I have been working at Hibu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary is the only motivating factor.

    Cons

Where do I start? It's a job where you have no idea what you are doing as a copywriter, what your managers want and what the client wants. It's a hopeless process, more of a pressure cooker. They are hiring like crazy because the attrition rate is so high. Old Hibu people as well as new comers are leaving the company because it really sucks. There is no scope for growth and no scope for creativity as a writer. Join this place only if money matters to you the most. These people make you work 10 hours straight and track every second of your productivity in office. You can't rake more than 45 minutes of break. They expect you to work as dogs. They make you work on Saturdays in the name of "business requirement". It's a clueless bunch of people managing the pet project of the client. Mind you the client is super arrogant who makes the lives of the managers hell, which means that your life will be screwed by the Managers in the name of the client.

    Advice to Management

Dear management, neither are we your slaves nor are you that of the so-called US client. Please treat employees like humans and not robots. Reduce the shift timings and reduce the unnecessary pressure by managing things better. There's something seriously wrong with you guys.

    Pros

    Cab facility and Office location

    Cons

Hibu has been taken over by TCs and currently the policies have been implemented.

    3 Months Notice.
    10 Hours work

The attrition seems to be very very high and to counter the same, 3 months notice has been implemented. This is againist HR Rules.

Please scarp 10 hours work. This is unacceptable in any IT company in the World.
