Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Highland Capital full-time
Pros
Great pay potential, fast-paced, strong benefits and perks. Nice new offices in Uptown Dallas. Some teams can be pretty fun, though not all.
Cons
Long hours. Small company, so not much potential for career variety, especially upward advancement. Management plays favorites and can make your life miserable if you cross the wrong person. Management also shows little trust in employees in excessive tracking with timekeeper system and other means.
