1) Low Integrity: - This company is dishonest. After agreement with the potential employee and extending a verbal offer, the written offer letter was not spelled out clearly with the intention to avoid keeping promises with what has been offered verbally. - wrongful termination: they let employee go immediately when something changed in their client side without a help with the transition nor paying severance package to the employee . - The benefits was eligible to the new hire on the 1st date of work, but the HR intentionally delayed to the next month without the employee's consent. 2) Poor benefits: - The prescription medication requires the insurance approval before the pharmacy can fill it on. - The prescription supplies is only for 30 days, not approved for 90 days. 3) Poor administration: - No immediate support when a new hire has problems with new account registration or logging on, and/or questions about benefits The new hire had to wait 24 hours or more to get thing(s) resolved. - The HR software application is not professional which is suitable for personal not for the business corporate use. The company saves money by using unreliable and cheap software but the new hire would get confused and frustrated, and employees' files would be insecure. 4) Inadequate business knowledge: - The company is not cleared to do the government contract. - The company has no knowledge of the business they're doing specially with the government contract. - They don't provide the support to the employee who worked off-side. All they care was is how to get full pay from their business partner. 5) Unethical business: - The company rushed the new hire to accept the job and wrongfully terminated their employee without the cause, only with the reason the employment is "at will". - The company immediately pushed the employee out of door then avoids to contact or delayed answers then the former employee has questions regarding their paycheck, benefits, COBRA, etc. -The company does not have independent ethic hotline, so they can do whatever benefit them regardless being harmful to their employees
