I have been working at Hilton Grand Vacations full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The money is the only thing that's half way decent and the paid time off accrual rates. You get your own desk.

    Cons

Management is horrible for the most pare they are very hypocritical. Dealing with hr is a nightmare and god help you of you need to get fmla. The attendance policy is ridiculous.

I worked at Hilton Grand Vacations full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Hotel discounts, competitive pay. A handful of their employees are true gems and this company is lucky to have them.

    Cons

Management is unwilling to listen to employee feedback and suggestions.Supervisors and managers display blatant favoritism towards certain employees. No opportunity for growth. Employee benefits have lessened little by little every year, health insurance costs have increased significantly - but pay has not.

I have been working at Hilton Grand Vacations full-time for less than a year

    Pros

OK Benefits Nice New Building Monthly incentive bonus

    Cons

Typical Call Center Micromanaged Pay is low Cliques among certain races and nationalities (management mostly) Very "nit picky" about every little thing, very strict Breaks only 10 min. long twice a day No real room for growth, management has been in their positions forever cubicles feel like jail cells, not allowed to eat snacks at desk only water or coffee in an approved cup Team leads often try to avoid taking difficult calls when a customer has asked to speak to a supervisor Have to punch in to a time clock, put your fingerprint on it AND clock into the phone (way too much to prove somebody is working) If your even one minute late it counts against you and after three times in one month you lose your incentive Mostly negative feedback Too many managers / team leads have superiority complexes
