Good HSA plan, $500 per year for gym memberships, $500 per year you can expense on anything, and they have a 6% 401K Match.
Cons
There is a good amount of bureaucracy, but that should be expected at most companies this size/age.

Good and friendly work environment, Supportive management and colleagues Lot of learning opportunities to learn latest tech stack available in the current market Employee benefits are good .

No company transportation Since employee strength is less there is no proper cafeteria facility.

Lots of good product development is going on in IOT space. So lots of learning and exposure on Big data technologies and opportunity to work in IIOT space which is future of industry. Self managed team. Very less management hierarchy. Development is from scratch so you get good exposure on technologies and challenged on many technologies. Lots of learning. Work life balance is good. Team in Bangalore,... India is very friendly. Every month end there is a team event.

Salary Structure is very weird everything is Basic here. So you have only 1 component i.e. Basic + HRA (Fixed INR 13000/-) + PF + 15% Variable (Normally paid 100%). Since everything is basic so you get good PF accumulated in long term.

Advanced technical stack. Great Leadership. People are empowered and rewarded. Work Life Balance maintenance is easy You get to learn something new everyday. Paradise for technically strong persons. People with technical limitations are given chances to improve and prove themselves. Salary is at par with top paying companies. Work Culture is very good. Senior management understands the core issues faced by... engineering team and works toward solving these instead of blame game. Feedback is very open and fair. There are monthly events comprising of snacks and games.

HRA is very less - 13000 per month for all individuals irrespective of designation. So saving income tax from HRA is an issue.
