      Pros

      Was updated quickly and consistently throughout my interview process. The onboarding process was particularly smooth and efficient, and everyone has been very welcoming and helpful so far. They make you feel valued as soon as you join, and everyone is impressively responsive and eager to help.

      Cons

      More a word of advice rather than a con - but I would make sure you're comfortable with fully remote working. As mentioned, everyone at Hofy is exceptionally responsive and keen to help, but you should be willing to seek out help and information yourself if you want to succeed here.

      Pros

      Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful all the time. There are also great opportunities for learning new skills and for career progression. The compensation and benefits are competitive. The culture is positive and open and work/life balance is respected.

      Cons

      It can be hard to get to know colleagues in other teams and departments due to how spread out geographically everyone is. However, we do have an annual retreat and regular online hangouts to combat this!
