    Pros

From the top down, Holden care about the employees and customers. Staff are encouraged to learn new skills, usually not related to their job role and get a £150 annual allowance to use on any new learning, from Italian classes to SCUBA diving lessons

    Cons

Its not always easy and you are expected to operate at a consistently high standard at all times.

    Pros

The Holden Group truly is a fantastic place to work. The atmosphere is extremely positive and everyone works together to create a better tomorrow. Working at the Holden Group you feel a real sense of belonging - you naturally treat the business as if it is your own - watching the business develop and improve brings a real feeling of pride. The continued development of employees driven by management is industry leading and unlike anything else out there. I can honestly say hand on heart that this is the best employer that I have ever worked for. I cannot recommend the Holden Group enough as an employer.

    Cons

    No cons come to mind!

We are encouraged to stretch ourselves and our teams but work life balance is always respected.

    Pros

Fantastic support from the Top down, The company is big in Norfolk but still small enough so you know you matter and what you do gets noticed. £150 annual personal development budget for all staff, 5 day working week in sales, a real uncapped commission structure,

    Cons

Only cons are caused by the manufacturers not Holden
