Learning Experience- Great for young, single people

      Pros

High level of diversity and inclusion training. LGBTQ+ friendly company. Team environment. Opportunities for promotion if one is self-motivated and more if willing to move. Encourages you to lead and take charge. Quarterly bonuses are offered if goals are met/surpassed. Living expense raises are given yearly based on the area. Benefits are pretty great if you are full time.

      Cons

Opportunities for promotion are more abundant of willing to move. It's retail- must be willing to work the crazy holiday hours, must be flexible with hours/schedule, must work well under pressure and with helping customers. You will work yourself to the bone; this is NOT an easy job. Your true training depends on who your managers are (AM, SM/GM, DM) when you are an MIT and AM; there's a good chance you will have to teach yourself most things. Not sure what pay is like now, but I've seen MIT's hired at same rate as current AM's, which is extremely unfair. Also, you will find that other companies of similar or less work requirements offer more pay.

      Pros

Helping customers with outfits and speaking to lovely people, nice colleagues

      Cons

The managers act like children and treat the brand Reps terribly they are like secondary school kids they tend to bully because they think they're better than you I say it's good for a first job when you are 17 maybe even 18 but after that being 19, 20, 21 even 22 don't be there or you will lose your sanity. they make soo much money everyday but cant pay they're employees national minimal wage which is £9
