The staff, working in management roles, tend to throw their weight around a look down their nose at new employees. After every shift you cannot leave until a manager physically checks that you have not stolen anything. When it comes to working, you are given boxes with times written on them (the time in which you are to: empty the box; add security tags; fold the contents; and, take it to the stock room or out on to the shop floor) if you take even a minute longer than what is written on the box, management will come to tell you to hurry up. It's also minimum wage, and they will put you on the rota for a 3 hour shift.
