    1. No work life balance you need to work for 12 or more hours per day. 2. Pressure from senior management can exhaust you mentally.

    Good opportunities internally, Process oriented, good in R&R, nice platform to set up the carrier in starting phase

    Cons

    work politics, Less promotion opportunities, Sr, management listen only mid level and they don't even care weather people who will actually perform.. are they comfortable with these changes or not? No stability in processes and because of that work hampers.

    1. Have a good team to work with. 2. Support is always given to the employees at Home credit. 3. Training in every field (L&D-HR) is given to employees for their enhancement of skills. 4. Recognition for hard work is always rewarded. 5. Education assistance is also provided to the employees for their growth in their personal and professional life.

    Cons

    1. Leave policy should be reviewed according to the market standard. 2. Provision for parking facility needs to be worked upon, to include larger no. of people.
