    Everyone works in small teams which is great, really get to know your area

    Good staff benefits, had a lovely customer service team, excellent training programmes etc

    Cons

    Not very inclusive to different departments, the womenswear departments were very competitive with one another

    Make sure that the staff get along, especially concessions

    Not very good benefits other than basic discount. No commission schemes, bad senior leadership in head office
