I have been working at House of Fraser full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

House of Fraser has a great reputation with a solid vision of where they see the company going, which is really inspiring. The digital marketing team is wonderful.

    Cons

There is a solid vision of the future for the company but there is little room to progress, what with all of the changes currently. No one knows where they stand.

I have been working at House of Fraser full-time

    Pros

Some staff are really nice. Ok discount

    Cons

Managers are horrible. Most of them will sit in their office all day, ignore you when they come out to pass to go do something. Only contact you have with them is if you've done anything wrong. Will call them to sort something out and they will get snotty with you or get someone else to sort it out. Will never serve any customers. They act like they have better things to be doing despite all staff running around trying to serve everyone. Wont cash up a till at night and will expect you to do two even when they can close one themselves. There are very few HOF staff and a lot of concession staff and they will never have their mats covered but will kick off if your concession is un manned for even 30 minutes. Not a good place to work at all
