    Pros

    Staff discount .

    Easy money .

Good staff discount 20% off including sale! Management are ok, if they don’t like you they’ll make it clear! If you tend to be civil and get on with your job you’ll be ok. Worked here for 3 years now and easy to get stuck in and not move on

    Cons

No commission managers can be hard work if they don’t like you they’ll make it clear. Focus on KPIs and targets and don’t call in sick

    Cons

No good uniform for HOF staff (think there is a way of getting discount on basic uniform but not free)
Had to get a credit card to be able to use staff discount
Older staff were allowed to do as they please, students were often made to do more work

    Advice to Management

    Cons

The store was so so quiet it was hard to meet sales targets and expectations, hof managers were unprofessional and quite frankly rude. We didn’t even have hot water in the staff toilets to wash our hands with! Overall you do not get listened to as a member of staff
