Full remote work, inclusive company, a lot of gifts, work / life balance (if you are in the right project).

The constant change on the way to a promotion is unbearable, nothing is clear, they offer you benefits that just disappeared, without any reason, the "work from anywhere" policy is not real, find a replacement for your vacations or for a leaving is almost impossible, so the work load is reflected in the other members of your team, be aware of the current constans laid offs

Quite a few benefits that the company offers, gifts, food, events, in general it is a very comfortable and friendly environment. The quality and technical level is very good

Many times the salary is not as competitive as in other companies, I also feel that support is needed when someone wants to relocate, they say yes, but then they don't do much and throw the ball from one side to another. I speak from my experience
