Not very many pros once the truth comes out

- will not allow anyone to work remotely or hybrid -Senior and upper management are careless and lack communication skills -Newer employees take the grunt work that upper management refuses to do but will take credit -High school drama! Upper management constantly involved in drama -High Turn over !!!
