From baltimore to Columbia, the passion to have positive impact on individual and the community is high. Constantly trying to change to improve. People care here and really try. There are career growth and development if you reach out to your supervisor and employees that have been there a while. We do look out for each other. Knowing you work for a company that actually cares and considers ideas from the inside is awesome. I love working for this organization. They have had my back and helped me grow professionally and personally. I will stay as long as I can financially afford it.
