      Pros

Ability to gain good experience for your resume.

      Cons

Annual salary increases are below the regional cost of living adjustment. Upper management lies when explaining the bonus incentives. The owner of my last project paid the bonus incentive in October 2018 and to date, 3/6/19 no bonuses have been paid to the project staff. All of the positive reviews are for a company that no longer exists (Hunt Construction Group). Mike Fratianni is not the CEO, in fact he was unceremoniously let go in 2018 after the integration into AECOM Hunt. Mike Burke is AECOM's CEO.

      Pros

      1. The benefits that AECOM Hunt offers for my family and I are great. 2. The project teams have the potential of being great when everyone respects each other. 3. Overtime is available, but has to be earned. 4. Great opportunity to move up in the company with enough determination and proving yourself, it can happen fast. 5. Upper management tries to keep you as close to your home as possible when sending you to projects. 6. When upper management sees that you are an asset to the company, they invest in you.

      Cons

      1. Some teams have bad leadership or leader is just disrespectful. 2. Sometimes project demands more and it's tough to balance home and work. 3. There's never a good time to take time off.

      Pros

AECOM hires qualified people and gives them the freedom to do your job. The doors are open for advice and direction if you desire.

      Cons

Accountability seems to be over looked and due to the lack of qualified work force management does nothing about an individuals lack of commitment or quality.

      Pros

Excellent management, Executive Vice President, Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Ethics have proven leadership. Peers are encouraged to work at their best capabilities including cross training with in each group. Diversity, contemporary culture and balance are all in tight focus as we continue to grow with AECOM.

      Cons

Always room for improvement somewhere, communication about company news.

      Pros

Its a great work environment. I like the people and the managers are very likable people. Also there are some pretty awesome projects that are done at Hunt

      Cons

The company is fairly large. Especially now that it has been bought out by AECOM. You will obviously get your large company typical problems
