    Company’s policy of holding headcount flat due to recent market conditions can result in a heavy workload for employees or additional cost to contract work out.

    The pay and schedule were really good

    The atmosphere was awful. Lots of gossip. No motivation to work hard.

    Pros

    Husky seems to be middle of the line in pay and towards the high end on benefits. Great RRSP matching, LTI's and bonus structure.

    Cons

    Larger companies come with bureaucracy and are heavily structured with lots of middle managers and tons of policies.

    Advice to Management

    Provide promotions to rising talent without holding them back on years of service.
