Hi i am working in ICICI as a deputy Manager in business banking department, i am working with this organisation for 1 year 4 months i have joined in this organisation post completion of MBA in campus placements Here work culture is too toxic😪 The senior people in management is expecting us to work in streets and generate leads 😒 They are using words like go and beg in market, I am looking for change, But facing rejections that i am from sales how can i takle the situation

they did scam and cheated me finally collect course fees of pgdb from me rs. 230000....very very hurtful situation i have been facing in my entire life
