      Uninspiring leadership

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunity to take on more responsibility - The people - great bunch of people to work with - Flexibility around working from home - Pay and benefits are quite good - not amazing but good

      Cons

      - Lack of career progression, they will give you more and responsibility but very difficult to get promoted and get recognised for what you do - People leaving are not being replaced so more and more responsibility being put on those that are left meaning that you end up working long hours - Not transparent as to how to get promoted - see some people given promotions while other maybe more deserving are not able to get promoted. - Senior leadership is very male dominated and felt like a bit of a boys club at times - Senior leadership don't live by their values - integrity and collaboration - Very autocratic - every decision to hire has to be approved by the CEO and this takes months

      Great Team

      Pros

Health insurance Gym Subsidised Canteen Great culture Fantastic people to work with Approachable management Annual bonus Lots of fun activities during the year Others thing's I didn't do but they support; Social club CPD (paid post grad education) Massive Xmas party, Christmas fairs etc

      Cons

Parking... a massively frustrating con. Parking spaces are giving only after like 5 years working there and by lottery. Career progression can be difficult if not impossible for some people and amazing for others. Sometimes it feel like it's pot luck. Ergonomic aren't great in places. Limited lap tops and phones, which can be a bit annoying at times (but that's not really a massive Con...)
