I’ve been working with ID Medical for a while now and here’s my honest feedback.
People who are focused, driven and want to make a difference will go very far here.
Be it sales you can double in fact treble your take home, or perhaps in a compliance based role your knowledge pool is extended beyond measures! You’ll be surrounded with fun fast paced individuals who want to work hard and play harder! #career #idmedical #pune

    Cons

There’s a microphone in usage by a very loud loving Sales manager! Just kidding we love your energy! #crazy

I worked at ID Medical full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Couldnt think of one. It was like being back at School.

    Cons

They tell you at interview how fantastic the job is, how much commission you make.. They dont tell you, you need to call constantly all day every day and spend SO much time on 1 Candidate getting them fully compliant Ie (gathering documents) that the candidate doesnt even want to give you for you to get around £14!!! The other recruitment consultants steal your doctors from you and the client team who deal with the hospitals direct have an attitude problem and have there favourites. Worst place I hve EVER worked!

    Advice to Management

STOP treating your staff like dirt, You should be supportive, Helping, Listening, Understanding.. Not Demanding, Interupting & down right ignorance! I worked in the Scotland office where one manager didnt have a clue how to be a manager and one girl thought she was the manager they used to argue infront of the team which btw was only 5 of us including those 2! There has been 5 people before me joined and left since June and YOU both are the reason why! The Directors really need to sit down and re think there choices of hiring either of you as senior staff!
