Pure Sales job especially selling LIC policies to the customer which is very difficult now customer approaches LIC agent who offers a discount to them. Acute shortage of staff every officer has to handle at least two jobs profile. If your branch is good and supportive then you are safe. In my case, my BM was rude and unsupportive. He didn't let me go for another job interview or exam.
