1. Awesome management and managers, their capacity to handle any client is amazing. 2. Few managers really concerns about employees well being. 3. Projects were good. Few development and few maintenance. 4. Pressure less work environment in many projects. 5. Lots of onsite opportunities. 6. No crucial visa policies.

1. HR is pathetic.. Few were good when i joined initially but they left. 2. Outrageous policies.. Less employee friendly policies. 3. When it was patni they started having some examination which will qualify you for promotion.. Which was not accepted by any one. But still they made to give exam and made employees to appear in very difficult examination for vast j2ee and what not. 4. Politics (which is every where). 5. If you try to oppose such politician, sure you will not be promoted and get less rating and so the less appraisal benefit. (These politician mainly are team leads who on behalf of team reports to manager) 6. Salary is very low if you joined as a fresher. It will be still very low when you are experienced and fresher gets more than you.

Pros

Worst work environment. Once I was sitting in the canteen and some girl used a comment " YOu are the only girl who stinks of white discharge ". When I went to the Hr to complain they also harassed me with the same words. Then the manager team leader and everyone got together and harassed me.

Cons

Please do not join this company as the HR comes to where you stay and screams cheap comments and does not allow you to live peacesfully. I am still suffering and not able to live because of them. They come everyday and harass me with the same cheap comments. I lost my husband recently in april and am a single parent with a daugher. They have also harassed my daugher taking her name with cheap comments. If I die they will only be responsible for it. Igate HR will definitely be knowing who are these two people there is a guy and a girl. Please stop them before there is a death.

Pros

Good projects in the company and working on lots of technologies, many chances of going onsite and lots of location to choose from. Work happens in a friendly atmosphere though the work environment varies from project to project. Rally good company for freshers, lots to learn.

Cons

Appraisal techniques are pathetic and the increments are very low, the difference between the increments of the highest and the lowest rating is very less and the overall increment is also very very less.
