2 yr bond, less salary There is no distinction between a good college student and an average college student. So, if you are from good college and technically sound, better seek other option instead of signing 2 yr bond.

1) Old policies. 2) Most projects are Maintainance typo only. 3) less salary compared to market. 4) Only good for freshers, as you grow, you tend to think shrink. 5) Many time salary cut-offs. Variable components of salary.
