- works in silos - better management, hyderabad site is not that good in getting projects. - no scope for automation - benefits are not that great, only 2 leaves per month (no other leaves) - communication skills

I worked at IGT full-time for more than a year

Work life balance, never worked over 40 hours a week
Cons
restrictions to time off around "month end close", I was also offered a promotion from Accountant 1 to Accountant 2 and they only offered me a 5,000 increase in salary for twice the work to do

Compensation and work-life balance were attractive. The Reno campus provides easy access to many outdoor activities, as well as entertainment options not commonly found in a city of its size.

Issues with a "not made here" mentality. Upward mobility seems more a function of visibility than merit, or at least the ceiling on advancement does.
